Photo limit has exceeded

All of a sudden I cannot upload my blog posts.. I get a message saying photo limit reached. How do I fix this???

If  you are using Google Blogger.com as your blog service provider, you have to contact them. 
Blogger+ will upload photo to your Picasa web album.

The error "Photo Limit Has Exceeded" was delivered from your service provider not from Blogger+.
We predict your free photo storage limit probably reached. In this case you have to buy more storage from Google picasa web album
